What exactly is Mobile glamping?
Glamour Camping! We consider it a way to enjoy the outdoors, the beauty and the fun side of camping; without compromising the one thing that matters most; a good night's sleep... and a few extras! We will come and set up your tent, send you a quick message, it's ready and all you must do is literally sit back, relax and enjoy the Texas Eventide sky with your favorite person.
What kind of tents are used?
We use a variety of tents. The most popular are the 16ft cotton canvas Bell tents. These aren't your average camping tents. They are high-end, semi-permanent structures designed for the ultimate comfort and style in the Texas elements.
How many people can you accommodate for a 16ft canvas outdoor bell tent?
With over 200 square feet of interior space and a 10-ft center peak, there is plenty of room to stand up, walk around and lounge comfortably.
- The Romantic glamp-out: one queen size bed with plenty of lounge furniture.
- The Family Glamp-out: one queen and two twin sized beds.
- The Group Hang: perfect for kid's sleepovers: up to six Twin sized sleeping pads, Corporate events 23ft, 10-12 people.
How much space is needed for a 16ft tent?
The tent itself needs at least 16x16 plus an additional 2-3 feet for tension ropes. We can help and measure or view pictures of space. Please fill out an inquiry and send a picture of the proposed site for set up.
Is travel, set up and takedown included in your base price?
YES, within a 30-mile radius of Leander, TX. The hill country flat service fee of $175 will apply (31-60 miles) and for 61+ miles; contact us for a custom quote or include address and zip code on the inquiry form.
Do you deliver to parks or private land outside of Leander?
Absolutely! We love bringing the glamping experience to the beautiful parks and properties across the Texas Hill country. For locations within a 30-mile radius of Leander, delivery is included. For locations between 31-60 miles we apply for a Flat $175 Hill country service fee. The fee handles the 4+ hours of travel time required for our team to handle both your expert setup and professional teardown. 61+ miles; contact us for a custom quote.
Can you set up camp at any local or state park?
Generally, yes. You must make reservations under your name and information. Contact us for recommendations.
Where does Eventide Texas set up Glamping tents?
Generally, we set up any local or state-operated park, private land, your backyard or just about anywhere you can imagine your glamping experience.
Do you offer on-site park glamping?
Yes. Reservations at campsites must be made by the customer. We have some great recommendations for local campsites. Let us know what area interests you most.
What is included in the Outdoor Movie Theater package?
We provide a complete, cinema-quality setup designed for your location.
Can I reserve more than one tent?
Absolutely, we love hosting "Village style setups for families, friends, and retreats. Whether you are booking multiple sites at a local park or setting up a private camp on your own property, we can deploy multiple tents to one location. For group bookings of three or more tents, we recommend reaching out to us directly so we can coordinate the layout and ensure all tents are placed together for the best experience.
