We've spent years exploring the hills, forest and countryside of Texas and we realized the only thing missing from the perfect property was a place to stay that felt as elevated as the view. We have built Eventide Texas to bring rugged luxury directly to you. Stan is the person who makes sure the canvas is tight, and together we make sure the décor is flawless and the transition from backyard to boutique hotel is seamless. We love the grit of the setup and the beauty of the result, and we can't wait to bring a piece of that magic to your neck of woods.

How Eventide Texas Was Born
People always ask where the name Eventide came from. We loved the old-school word "eventide" — The magical golden hour moment when the sun dips low and the world finally gets quiet. Where the day settles and the adventure begins. We didn't want to build a hotel; we wanted to build an experience. Specifically, one that shows up right where you are.
Eventide Texas Collective was born from a love for that magical Central Texas "eventide" - the specific moment when the heavy heat of the day finally breaks, and the sky is filled with amber hues. It's the golden hour when the frogs start chirping, the shadows stretch long over the Live Oaks, cicadas start their chorus and the stars finally show up. That's eventide. It's an old-fashioned word for a timeless feeling — that peaceful bridge between the rush of the afternoon and the quiet of the stars. We fell in love with that moment, and we wanted to find a way to bottle it up and bring it to your doorstep.
